Chen Man (陈曼)

Chen Man was born in 1980 in Beijing, China, where she studied graphic design at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. She is the current star of fashion photography in China. She made a huge impact when she started shooting the covers for the Chinese Vision Magazine. Chen Man’s work is a combination of her skill with a camera, and her technical wizardry with a computer. She does all of her post-production image work herself, from retouching with Photoshop, to 3-D rendering with 3-D max. She has an extremely strong aesthetic eye that brings out the best of her work. Her work for Vision Magazine includes the covers from years 2003-2006 and 2007. She is also a regular contributor to the Chinese publications in Vogue, Elle, Bazaar, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and Esquire. Her work is exposed in the most famous Chinese galleries and museums in China. In 2008 she was a part of the “China Design” exposition in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Ribbonesia

Ribbonesia is the art project of illustrator Baku Maeda who started it in 2008, after discovering a unique way to fold ribbons into wearable animal sculptures. Combining his love for animals, Maeda set about creating a zoo of creatures – Each piece is made by hand, with custom colors, so that none of the animals are the exact same.

Brunswick House Cafe is a bohemian and eclectic cafe located at Wandsworth Rd Central London at edge of Thames. It serves lunch and dinner with an interesting menu including delights such as octopus carpaccio, lobster linguini, roast beef with white bean puree, and buttermilk pudding. Run by Jackson Boxer and his brother, Frank, (both following in the footsteps of a successful family of cooks), the Brunswick House Cafe is a great success and an unusual place to wine and dine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Fabrice Moireau, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale superieure des Arts in Paris, is a professional water colourist. 几米, 台湾最炙手可热的绘本作家。1998年8月首度出版个人的绘本<森林里的秘密>、<微笑的鱼>，1999年以<向左走、向右走>、<听几米唱歌>和<月亮忘记了>三部作品，展现出惊人的创作力和多变的叙事风格，在出版市场兴起了一阵持续至今热力不减的绘本创作风潮。

几米让"图像"成为另一种清新舒洁的文学语言，在他的作品里营造出流畅的画面，散发出深情迷人的风采。

These in-a-glass work are created by Michelle Inciarrano and Katy Maslow from Twig.


Each terrarium contains a mini-ecosystem mimicking a landscape/scenery with interesting scenario. These tiny worlds are formed using miniature mosses and succulents and often little miniature figurines/props are added to bring out the theme/story.
